Class Descriptions


A 60 Minute Fitness Class - 5 minute stretch. 20 minutes at the BARRE working your legs and seat. 10 minutes of floor work using a Yoga mat to target and define the abdominals. 10 minutes of arm work using 3lb hand weights to sculpt those biceps, triceps, and shoulders. Finish it off with a 10 minute cool down, a focused stretch & a 5 minute relaxation/meditation session involving lavender infused essential oils. This is a head to toe workout that will completely transform & define your body and soul!


POUND™ is a 45 minute group fitness class that combines cardio, strength training and Pilates with drumming to achieve a full-body workout. Using lightly weighted drumsticks, Ripstix, participants can expect to burn between 500-900 calories per class and will be performing over 15,000 reps per session! Why it's effective: The upper body is constantly moving and drumming, producing continual instability throughout the entire body. This activates and engages infrequently used stabilizer muscles. These smaller muscle groups are rarely active during generic group fitness classes, and create long, lean muscles and prime the body for safe movement during other forms of exercise. Adding the core-engaging element of drumming to dynamic, full-body movements increases caloric burn, improves precision and thoroughly targets all the large and supporting muscle groups in the body. Why it's unique: POUND allows participants to see, feel and now, HEAR, their body's movements. This auditory component is rewarding, motivating, and most of all, allows the student to adjust for symmetry, exertion and accuracy. Hearing the body work gives students another modality of feedback and makes improvements, progress and coordination occur much more quickly. What it works: POUND is predominantly a core, leg and glute workout, zooming in on the delicate balance of lower back and abdominal strength. The entire body is integrated during the workout, with an emphasis on the muscles that "narrow" the body as opposed to ones that add bulk. Cardio is a huge component of every single Track, making POUND a perfect HIIT and fat-burning routine.


PiYo™ isn't like standard Pilates and yoga classes that make you hold long, intense poses, or lead you through dozens of repetitive, microscopic core movements. PiYo speeds everything up, including your results, by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.

BUTI Yoga:

This calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting primal movement. Created by Celebrity Trainer Bizzie Gold, Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, Gold favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion - THE RESULT - long, lean muscle with sexy feminine curves.

Cardi-O BARRE:

This class is guaranteed to work you from head to toe! This class is the live. love. BARRE. Version class just amped up in speed! Resulting in an increase in heart rate that will leave you wanting more! The class will focus on legs, arms, and abs at a faster pace so you are sure to get that cardio fix!

Buti Sculpt®:

Students will uncover long, lean muscle and full-body tone with Sculpt’s unique combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Bizzie Gold’s Spiral Structure Technique®.  

Each Sculpt workout is just 24 minutes in length yet can kick the body into a heightened metabolic and fat burning state for up to 36 hours post-workout.

Sculpt by Buti is an ideal introduction to a high-intensity practice, yet will challenge even the most advanced exercisers to take their practice further.

Deep by BUTI:

Masterful and intentional, DEEP is restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti® trademarked formats, DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas.


HotCore® is a 30 minute class that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to engage the deep muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look and functionality, Hotcore® is the perfect add-on class for students looking to enhance core strength or push the limits of their yoga practice.

Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements in Hotcore® build deep core strength best a‚Äčccessed through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine. In between sets, students move to restorative yoga asanas to stretch and lengthen. Most Hotcore® classes consist of 4-5 pre-set sequences at the discretion and timing of the instructor. Hotcore® classes can be taught in non-heated and heated rooms alike. Temperatures can range from 80-95.

A 60 min vinyasa flow working dynamic movements core strength and balance endurance postures. Heated to make your hair messy and work up a detoxifying sweat. Move your body to calm your mind.

l.l.BARRE for LUNCH:

Our traditional l.l. BARRE class condensed into 45 minutes. This class is the best way to spend a lunch break! Talk about satisfying!


This class promises to make you sweat, sculpt  & burn from head to toe. There is an emphasis on keeping the heart rate up and  working the muscles to fatigue.  Unlike  any of our other  classes  this particular class has different stations set up throughout the studio. Clients  rotate through each  station various times. Additional weights and equipment are introduced during our bootcamp session. Every class the clients get stronger and stronger!


This 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training BARRE session is NEXT LEVEL! You will torch calories so be prepared to sweat. This class is set to a timer and includes several interval sets that work the entire body. There are no barres used in this class it is all done with just a mat and zero equipment. It is a quick way to get some cardio into your fitness regimen while you also tone the body!


This barre class features 6 inch platforms that are used throughout the session. You will use these platforms when standing at the barre taking your workout out to the highest level. You will also use them on the mat for some advanced floor work. This is basically regular barre on FIRE!
