live. love. BARRE. owner and founder... Cassie is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She has been trained to mentor clients to make food and lifestyle changes tailored to each individual clients needs. She works with clients one on one throughout a personalized wellness program designed specifically for the individual she is working with. Cassie takes a holistic approach to working with clients by taking into account the significance of relationships, career, exercise, and spirituality in addition to whole food nutrition.

  • Cassie offers a 6 month health coaching program that includes two meetings per month in person or over the phone (client's preference) for 50 minutes each
  • You will have complete access to Cassie to text or email her at anytime during the six months for support
  • You will set and crush goals
  • Complete a full health history to help guide your individual needs
  • Reduce stress
